"An amazing experience"

"We’ve been to this hotel three times now, and we absolutely love it. The location is great, the views are stunning, and the Hawaiian atmosphere is simply delightful."

"We loved the location but the pool had no views unless you pay extra for the cabanas. The chairs were are packed so close to one another it was very uncomfortable and awkward. We attempted to go to the breakfast buffet at the beginning of the week and arrived 5 min early. The restaurant staff greeted us with "Not open until 6:30"

"The property is older but fairly well maintained with work being done on balconies, so not available for use during our stay. Didn’t find out until one week before: too late. The loss of lobby garden space from previous trip experience several years ago detracted from the welcoming Hawaii ambiance. The ‘ALOHA’ sign area desperately needs attention! The small turf patches and white rolling planter boxes tacky in comparison to what it used to be. The pool areas are nice spaces, but could use...

"Room was great for the price. They renovated it a couple of years ago so the rooms are nice. Unfortunately... it's an old hotel so the patio is way too small. The only problem I had was with the air conditioner... it really didn't work. Maintenance came up and said... yeah, doesn't work too well."

"It was all we were looking for, good restaurants, next to the ocean, big pool and a convenient location. Would stay again."

"Breakfast was simple. It offered a small variety of common breakfast choices, minus no bacon? For smaller eaters such as children aged 8-9 and under, prices should be adjusted and not the same as an adult. Overall it was satisfying. Mahalo."

"The hotel is located 2 blocks from the beach and multiple shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and modern and the beds are comfortable. There is a coffee shop downstairs which is convenient. You only get one beach chair per room which I think is kind of stingy given the resort fee. That's the only complaint we had! I would go back and recommend it."

"The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc."

"You cannot beat the location and ease of access to the beach. Unfortunately they are renovating. Be aware checkin staff put all their effort into selling you an Outrigger membership & its benefits."

"We loved the resort. It was family friendly, and we loved the pond, flamingos, Koi fish, parrots, and of course, the waterslides. The beach was beautiful and didn’t have a big break."

"Our entire stay was great from beginning to end! Super elegant, clean and chill! Perfect if you’re traveling with kiddos. Best part it was 3 minute walk to lots of restaurants and about 9 minute walk to beach access!! It was a lovely experience and I totally recommend 😊"
