"Beautiful property in the heart of Waikiki. The grounds are well maintained and make you forget that you’re steps away from the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī. The service was not up to a five star standard. That is meant mostly for the front desk staff and also for the host staff at the restaurant. The bathrooms are soooo small. And the pool is basically useless it’s so small. And because it’s so small, if you don’t get there at 7am to claim a chair you’re pretty much out of luck. So the hotel is...

"Our stay was amazing. The staff and service were absolutely off the charts. The newly opened spa was the nicest I have ever been in. The food at the adult pool and service by the bar staff was impeccable. The main thing that stuck out to me was the genuine kindness and pride that the staff puts into their work. They make you feel special and valued. The canoe experience with the beach staff was so fun. We hated leaving :(. We will be back as this is truly paradise. Thanks for making our stay so...
