"We stayed here for one night. The Room was for 3 people and we had asked for 3 beds and yet it took ~5+ times calling them to get this done. - TV was not functioning - yes, true, the Cable box had to be replced and the whole ordeal took over 2+ hours - The Wifi in the room was not working - Not kidding, they came by and noticed the wifi end unit or router wasn't in the room and had to install new end-point Overall for an ITC it was disappointing..."
