"The breakfast was decent, but there were many problems during our stay- the bedsheet were dirty during check in. Plus, we had dinner at the coffee shop- the food was lower than average but service was awful! Taj does take complaints and feedback seriously which makes the stay better than average. Ideal central location, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices in Qube, great Qube team.Travel arrangements from Concierge were excellent and special appreciation to Dolly and team. Govind and Tej from travel team made sure everything right from airport pick up to final drop off was perfect. Lounge staff, Jamavar team and Reception desk team were very helpful."

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"It’s a great location, away from the crowds but with a great view of the lake and the town. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a beautiful pool and Spa. Food was delicious."
