"We have stayed at this property multiple times in the past; while the amenities and the beach remain top notch the service is becoming less consistent. The butlers are less attentive, the front desk staff tends to find an excuse to say no rather trying to accommodate. We come to this resort to play tennis among other things; no one informed us at any point that Rafa Nadal Tennis Center will be closed for guests for padel tournament until we arrived. My mother passed away the day after we arrived; we had to cut our stay short. Despite valiant attempt by Expedia/Hotels.com staff, TRS never responded to their requests to issue credit for the unused days due the special circumstances. We still might come back in the future but will definitely explore other options."

"My family and I had a great time at this resort. It was our first time and we had a great experience. All the staffs are friendly. Our bottler Emiliano Rivera from Guest services helped us alot and Ricardo was the best bartender from the family selection. The Rafa Nadal Academy was also briallliant. Highly recommeneded. "

"The food was excellent, but the wait at the restaurants was quite long. Having the buffet open for dinner would help alleviate the wait time. The check-in staff was only focused on selling an upgrade and was rude when told no. The rooms are very nice and clean, but NOT one hook or towel rack provided for towels, which conttradicts the hotel request to save water and reuse towels. Also, no shelf under the sink to store toiletries. The pools and beach were fabulous!"

"This resort was absolutely beautiful and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff truly made the stay: Marlene and Jenny provided exceptional service at the buffet, and Jorge was an awesome bartender down by the beach. Emy at reception made check-in and checkout seamless, while Umberto the security guard was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this stay! Food was ok at the buffet, needs a little more flavor"
