"Wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Balcony and City View - and it lived up to all of our expectations. Location is perfect near the Spanish Steps, although plan for walking up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfast location and selection at the hotel. Check in/out process was easy, with the ability to store bags. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Really helpful staff, beautiful views, amazingly well-stocked bar for the discerning gin lover. Shuttle bus is so useful for getting into and back out of the town itself (the hotel is some distance and quite high up a hillside). Food was great. Only negative was that the gents toilets under the stairway at ground floor level really need refurbishment, like putting some working locks on the doors. I only used these once, preferred to use our room if needed. Would definitely come again without...

"Great location, mostly very quiet. Short walks to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum. Nothing special in terms of linens, towels, bed was really stiff… Staff very helpful. If you stay in the “attic” the room and bath are spacious but there are two additional flights of stairs as the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor and there is a flight of stairs within the “apt”. We didn’t need the heat pump in early April, but you will have to make sure the skylight is closed by staff if...
