"The breakfast did NOT have any juice, milk, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, or fruit. It was basically coffee & nutrition bars. There was NO small coffee pot in the room either. I like to drink coffee early in the morning before the breakfast opens & was unable to do that. The attendant was very pleasant & gave me a toothbrush since I left mine."

"The room was clean except the floor was filthy! Spills weren’t mopped up and I had to get out of the shower in the middle of washing to get something: I used the shower mat to whip up the water when I got out, I wish I would have taken a picture of how filthy it was m, in just those spots where I stepped with wet feet! I took the mat to the office to show them how dirty the floors were."

"The staff was pleasant and cheerful. But when we brought up that the room we had was not to satisfaction and needed maintenance we were told they would be there in the morning... Which they never showed up. The faucet and sink leaked, the bathroom vent fan did not work, there was a fork that was wedged on the hot plate control and the sheets on one of the bed had dark brown stains on it. While we waited patiently nothing happened with the maintenance staff ."

"The staff were especially helpful, especially Beverly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and attend to our needs. Other staff that I don’t know names of were helpful as well. The room was clean. The only thing I would’ve liked to have seen was blackout shades that covered the windows. Otherwise, I would certainly stay there again."

"From the outside, it doesn't look bad, your normal motel setting. The second you open your door to the room, it goes from normal to 1980's cop drama where the cops stay in the most terrible motel room to do surveillance on someone. AC was cold, but was filled with dust and who knows what, as well as the vent being broken. Every corner had some sort of debris or dirt in it. You could see through the very thin fitted sheet to the stains all over the rock hard plank of a mattress. Had to cover the...

"The mattress was warn out. It was hard and lumpy, didn’t sleep well at all. The towel cabinet above the toilet was out to far and I hit my head on the corner of it causing a bad scrape. You could see it has been hit a lot. Went to the desk for bandage and reported it and they said it’s happened before. They did say that renovations start next month."
