"The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to help! I called a restaurant from the lobby and my Spanish was not going well, an employee offered to help and spoke to the restaurant for me. I love the Junior Suites and the floor to ceiling windows, with the beautiful view of the city. Location wise, several great restaurants right across the street."

"Its downyown and the valet parking takes forever but the property and staff are very nice and helpful. Room service is good and tye rooftop pool area and view are very nice, coupled with affordability and its a great stay."

"Nice staying! There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready."

"James is a great host, and his big house with many interesting and private rooms, many with their own washrioms, were super comfortable. Located in the very chic and safe Chapalita area with plenty of dining options, and an easy 15 minute walk to Expo Guadalajara. Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hispitality James!"
