"El hotel está muy cerca de playa. Buena ubicación !"

"La ubicación a un costado del aeropuerto es buena y sus instalaciones son lo que anuncian, el A/C de la habitación muy bueno. Lo malo que en la cama encontré cabellos de dama largo, imposibles míos porque tengo cabello corto. Pero en general bien, su desayuno incluido con bistec y chilaquiles y fruta."

"We were gets so warmly as soon as we got in. The hotel is just a gem of a place. Classic beauty and the room to fully spread out comfortably. We stayed in the Candelaria Suite which boasted it's private outdoor terrace, literally a few feet from the pool. I can't explain how luxurious it felt to just nest with my husband in the most confien king size bed and wake up to the enormous windows with a beautiful view of the jungle mountains. "The breakfast was delicious although somewhat minimal; coffee, fresh fruit, Bimbo toast, jam. Don’t be expecting churros, refried beans, eggs, etc. The staff were really friendly/personable. Some minor maintenance issues but that's typical of most boutique style hotels. Location in Old PV is nice as is the views from the pool and dining areas. However going up the hill on foot would probably not appeal to folks with any mobility issues."

"My husband and I have been coming to the Los Arcos for many years. It is in a great location and is right on the beach. However this time the service was not up to par. The maid never came once to our room despite having put out” please clean the room” on the door.there was also something wrong with the AC. "Staff was kinda rude, you can tell they all want to make easy money. As soon as I got there a lady asked for everyone’s passports. Then another guy offering promotion fake deals, they took us for 4 hrs to another hotel and tried to sale a membership for $7500 down, crazy"
