"Overall, a great hotel rooms are very small. Staff was a bit cranky understandable considering what they went through with the hurricane food was better than average not great. The beach is one of the best I’ve ever been on."

"The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected.
The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work.
We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day...
