"The staff were excellent, every detail in the room was thoughtful, breakfast was better than most restaurants. We dined in the restaurant for dinner - the A5 wagyu was incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends."

"I loved my stay. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience. The highlight was the breakfast breakfast. The hotel is very clean and i loved the location. I would stay again."

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay.
The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance.
It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"One of the most beautiful onsens I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in, there is a sense of calm and quiet elegance. The property is beautifully designed to maximize the view of the lake. Our room consisted of three large sections which can be divided with private screens. The service was outstanding too. Each breakfast and dinner, we dinned in a private room. A special thanks to Shayla. "

"Spent four days at Gagakuan, satisfied, although unexpected cold weather even in spring. Late sakura blooming, still managed to view some. Did not follow tour, rather venture on our own. Visited places of interest but unable to cover all due to insufficient time, maybe next time would to come again. "
