"We booked this very last minute, and were so happy and surprised at the resort amenities, boogie boarding and surfing beach, wonderful lawn facing the beach (less sand!) and gorgeous pool. There was a fantastic breakfast restaurant, grab-and-go coffee, a fantastic sushi restaurant with wonderful staff at all of the places we went. We enjoyed yoga with Anya on the beach (great for ALL yoga and fitness levels, you will not regret it!) and the beds and rooms were comfortable and easy to get to,...

"Kauai Shores Hotel was perfect! We loved the location and the staff was so friendly! We went for our honeymoon and they even gifted us Hawaiian chocolates! We loved that they offered complimentary yoga daily. It was such a great place to stay. There was also live music daily which was really nice. The only negative was the restaurant on the property wasn’t good at all, but there are a lot of great options nearby. We would definitely go back and stay there again!"

"An absolutely beautiful resort, with all the amenities and staff attention one can ask for while on vacation. Our villa was amazing! Everything was clean, plenty of towels and robes for the family, washer and dryer if needed, supplies for cooking, and a view that never disappoints!"

"This hotel is very tired, there was no staff after 8pm and not enough parking for the number of rooms. The ac is cheap window ac and not very effective. Sheets are thin and towels small and rough and the rooms are low quality, think walls, linoleum, cheap appliances and box showers. On the plus side - good water pressure! I would not stay here again."

Loved having the ability to use the pool and beautiful beach with amazing restaurant options so close nearby. The free airport shuttle service was very nice to have and we were give hospitality access with full showers until our late departure flight. We would 100% come back again!!"

"The location is definitely the highlight for this resort. Perfectly situated in front of the beach, with a view of the ocean from basically anywhere in the resort. The beach itself is not for swimming as it’s short and rocky, but there are plenty of good options at walking distance. The resort itself is OK, adequate for the price but not exceptional. "My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Kapa’a and were very impressed with the accommodations at The Waipouli Outrigger as well as the grounds. It is a beautiful resort that has beautiful beaches feet from the resort. Our condo was clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The pool area was beautiful and the towel service was hassle free. Also the in room washer and dryer were life savers!"
