"The only thing was that the 'beach' nearest the resort is not swimmable (mostly rocks)-however we, walked further up and there was actually sand, but the beach looked unsafe with a visible drop off in ocean--but it was ok for a nice stroll--just not too far from hotel. Make sure you let hotel staff know at check-in if you want your room cleaned (which we prefer..)--especially if you have beach activities what with all the sand, showering and change of clothes. I had an issue with Expedia because I booked and paid for a Premium Oceanfront Room but upon check in I learned that this was not the room reserved for us. We were supposed to be in 318 which was going to be more basic and after arguing with Expedia for over an hour we ended up in 324 which was essentially the same.
