"Great location, loved having the refrigerator and laundry in the room"

"Friendly check in and check out. Right next to the beach and the evening fire torch adds some ambience for a romantic stroll on the property. Love the free laundry room just had to wait your turn. "

"Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues."

"Loved walking out our door and being right on the beach. Loved the convenience of the bar and restaurant and its proximity to the beach. Didn’t love that the only practical way to park was to use the valet service (even though the valets were extremely courteous and efficient). Also loved that, even though we’re an older couple, we found the family-friendly atmosphere and quiet nights comfortable and relaxing."

"Appreciated the lei and beaded necklace greeting. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. So helpful to have an in-room washer & dryer. Numerous pools all wonderful and nicely styled & landscaped. Nice to have Holoholo Grill on-site for easy meals. Location near beaches and other sites was also nice. Only disappointment was that the ocean view room we paid extra for was obstructed by utility poles and lines. Was hard for me to get past that. No photos on their site show...

"We stayed in one of their cottages for a week. The room was really clean, but it was very small for two people for a lengthy stay. There wasn't a good place to store clothing for the week. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was welcoming and kind, and it was a comfortable place to stay. I would stay again if I go back to Kauai."

"First time on any of the Hawaiian islands and this place was divine! Location was absolutely perfect! Very central to the best beaches, the airport, and town areas/shops. The food and service at their upscale dining Moa Moa was fabulous and exceeded expectations! The beachfront access from the resort was a major plus.. the resort was extremely clean and well maintained. The complimentary water bottles each day were a great perk! "There was no air conditioning, they add on several hundred dollars in cleaning fees at the end of the trip, and my ocean view was not what is accepted as ocean view. Only had a postage size view of the ocean way off in distance "

My only reason for dropping down 2 stars is because the first room we were assigned to, still had people checked in. Thank goodness they were not in the room when we entered!! The second reason is because we had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging off our door, but someone (assuming housekeeping) came in and promptly left. We were checking...

"Very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location - you are in the middle of Kauai with easy access to every part of the island. Across the street there is a grocery store, abc store and a lot of food places / ice cream. The hotel itself was clean, staff was very nice & easy to get a hold of. Very family friendly, there was a lot of kids. Pools were kept clean and there’s a beach you can walk to from the hotel. Very nice hotel &"
