"Clean room and great service "

"This one is a scam. We paid for it but when we arrived, nobody was there and the phone number wasn’t picked up. Photos are most likely taken from internet. Have called hotels.com who promised to investigate "

Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte! Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)"

"Room was clean with a beautiful sea view, there are 3 outdoor pools (1 which is adults only) Only one of the pools has a bar near by. There is a really nice look out bar which is nice to grab a drink at before you return to your room to get ready for the evening. Drinks are ok, pilsner beer is bottled and included on the AI package. The cocktails aren't anything special and the food is also ok. "The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice location next to the mall. The room service was excellent providing quality service combined with delicious food. All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around. On my next trip to Kenya, I will be staying here again. "

"Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple...

"The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating"
