"The ice maker was broken was on second level and had to walk to front desk from way across the yard to get ice. I stayed three days and no repairman came?"

"The room was not clean. The sink was dirty. The bed had hairs on it under the top sheet. The bed was hard. And the pillows felt like pieces of foam were stuffed in a square pillow case. Our air conditioning went out on our last night. We woke up to it being 76 degrees in our room. If your business is a hotel. Hotel better."

"The way they kept the history of the motel."

"Nice place"

"Dirty elevator"

"The desk staff was helpful."

"I had a very experience with this property"

"Was promised — and purchased — two breakfasts with each night’s stay. When we arrived, no breakfasts were provided (except for the first night). I don’t know — and don’t really care — if it was Expedia’s or the hotel’s fault. Both the hotel and Expedia lost a tremendous amount of goodwill with me. Bad bad business practices. If I ran my law firm in such a manner, I’d have no clients. Shameful . . ."
