"My goto hotel for my occasional stays in the area. Good service, check-in is always smooth, free parking and plenty of close amneties nearby. Metro is a short walk away so easy to access the rest of the island via public transport."

"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a pull-out sofa bed. The room itself was okay, some stains on the ground from years of use and other outdated features. The lighting within the room was dim, and there wasn't enough overhead light especially during the darker hours. The buffet breakfast was good. Room service was exceptional with responding to our requests and were very helpful. The only issue we had was that our key cards would stop working, and even when they were fixed downstairs, they...

"Would not recommend staying in the summer. No AC and it gets quite hot. Beds are hard as a rock. Very bare bones. Otherwise, affordable, extremely clean, great security, and the included breakfast was very good."

"I was told that check-in was at 3pm but my room was not ready until after 4:30pm. I was waiting in the lobby with my bags since they said I would be told when the house keeping was finished with my room in a few minutes. Was not updated once, checked in with the desk every 30 minutes or so."
