"Super location, amenities and very helpful and pleasant staff."

"This was the best place to stay. It rained throughout our vacation and we couldn’t have found a more comfortable place to relax and watch the downpour. The staff treated us so well. The room was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. I love the architecture of the resort. The generous buffet breakfast in the morning was also a lovely perk, as well as the swim up bar in the pool."

"Very clean and professional staff"

"Arriving at the hotel on its own was a whole experience. The staff welcomes you and takes your luggage up to the reception area which is actually on the 38th floor I believe! This amazed me! You get perfect view of the Twin Towers with a full 360 glass view of the city if im not exaggerating. The check in process was quick which I loved as I was a bit tired on arrival. I chose a garden view and that was also amazing. The room was well maintained, clean and the bed well tucked which is a deal...

"The customer service was good. We had a bit of an incident when my husband and I were swimming at the beach and we’re about to go back to our lounge chair,he was stung by a small “stingray”. I called someone from the resort for help and a guy walked with a first aid kit but seems like he doesn’t know what to do. He didn’t even administer first aid or look at it. They offered to drive us to the nearest clinic"

"Overall this hotel is the best hotel that I've ever stayed. Comford, clean and very nice.... Gooooooodddd ..."

"Large resort located away from the busy part of the town. A little outdated. We stayed on the ground floor near the entrance to the restaurant & elevator, high traffic and noisy. I recommend not choosing the rooms on the ground level. Friendly staff and helpful arranging transportation and siteseeing tours. Decent breakfast selection and restaurant choices."

"Warm welcome from staff here. Inside hotel have 6 restaurant . Have huge swimming pool at level 5. Also spa and fitness room too. Very useful information and nearby other restaurant plus shopping mall here."

"I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. Back then, it stood out for its fresh breakfast offerings and attentive service. Unfortunately, my short stay in November 2025 was a series of frustrations that left me vowing never to return. In a city bursting with hotels striving to deliver decent service, this one seems to have prioritized cost-cutting over guest comfort, treating people like mere numbers in a...
