"Super location, amenities and very helpful and pleasant staff."

"This was the best place to stay. It rained throughout our vacation and we couldn’t have found a more comfortable place to relax and watch the downpour. The staff treated us so well. The room was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. I love the architecture of the resort. The generous buffet breakfast in the morning was also a lovely perk, as well as the swim up bar in the pool."

"I have stayed at several of the Shangri-La locations throughout Asia. I have always truly enjoyed my stays. It always feels like home, and I can truly relax. You can always"

I recommend not choosing the rooms on the ground level. Friendly staff and helpful arranging transportation and siteseeing tours. Decent breakfast selection and restaurant choices."
