"We were very lucky to be upgraded at check in to an executive room.... Not sure why we deserved it but were very grateful for a very nice, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed, great shower with toiletries. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants and Liverpool One. Staff were really pleasant on both check in and check out and offered to store our bags if we needed too. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay "

"Great stay! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jake makes a crackin' margarita. Gorgeous view, lovely outside seating area, tastefully decorated all through. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the shower was divine. Even the other guests we encountered were friendly."

"Great little place, I stayed in one of the smaller rooms, no window but was absolutely great for one night, clean, complementary water, spacious shower for what is considered a small room. modern only single criticism would be there was no plug to charge your phone overnight esp if you like to be on your phone before bed and need to use it as an alarm; plus you want a full battery before setting off in the morning, minor inconvenience. "We chose this hotel for its proximity to Lime Street Train Station. It was so close and convenient for travelling, less than a 5 minute walk from the station. There are bars, restaurants, cultural activities and shopping all within easy walking distance of this property. The hotel itself is very modern and stylish. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
