"We’ve stayed at Finest a few years ago and everything was amazing!
Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time. The resort is in much need of updating. The room smelled like mold because there is mold growing in the sinks and shower. The staff overall was very nice with the exception of the beach area staff. We purchased rooms in the Finest Club area but the guy who is supposed to set up the chairs for you (because they don’t let you chose your own chairs) was extremely rude and annoyed...

"Our stay was wonderful! We had the swim up room which was both private and accessible to the fun. We enjoyed all the restaurants and bars especially Spice and Excellence Club Lounge.
