"Excelente servicio"

"Loved the resort. But they need to have more restrooms closer to restaurants and bars. Went to the sports bar to play pool and was told you need to pay 40 (coins) pesos a game which they do not have there and need to go to the front desk to get the coins. At an all inclusive and you need to pay to play pool???"

"Muy bonito todo el hotel en general."

"Beautiful property with amazing staff that really makes you feel special. Great assortment of food and drinks and great for a party vibe or just relaxing."

"My experience at this resort was good, the only problem i had was at check in my room was not ready. Which was really hard to understand, but it is what it is. The staff was rockstars. All through the property it smelled like mildew, but overall I had a good time. Would I go back to that resort? No."

"Great resort! We would stay here again."

"The property was well maintained and clean at all times. The food was also good. Honestly, we were a little bit underwhelmed by the resorts feel in general. It felt like we were at a standard hotel to be honest. The staff was nice and professional. Checking in was not good as there was no difference between the priority line that was set if you did paperwork online and the general check in. In fact, we waited longer in the priority line. Once we checked in we were told the room we booked was...

"El servicio es excelente y la gente que trabaja muy amable y atenta"

"This resort is the best for the kids. They thought of everything for them! This resort is massive, but the golf cart service was top notch!! We never waited more than 5 minutes for a good cart to get around the resort. The beach/ocean is terrible though. The water is brown and murky. Do not go for the ocean at this resort."

"This destination offers an excellent experience. The activities were highly engaging, complemented by quality cuisine and a pleasant ambiance. I would strongly recommend this location to others."
