"The hotel itself was a very nice stay overall, it was clean and most of the staff was very friendly. The first night our AC was not working and they fixed it the next day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was beautiful on the rooftop with a stunning view of the city. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to old town and 8 minute drive. "All of the staff were very helpful, even loaning us an adapter because I brought the wrong one. The lady in the spa was superb. While the pool was very cold, the sea was lovely to swim in. Food was good, plenty of choice. Drinks were great, and the entertainment was age appropriate, rifle shooting, table tennis, pub quiz etc. Great fun. "

"Breakfast had the best variety I have ever seen. The room had everything I needed including a toothbrush which was great when mine broke. The spa looked great but I arrived too late to take advantage. The beach is right outside, I imagine in the summer it is lovely. It is small shingle stones so you may need some footwear. Staff were friendly and helped booking a proper taxi to the airport (€7). "
