"This was a beautiful setting and a truly top class hotel. Staff were really wonderful, service amazing. Only comment is that there is no lounge/bar. So when it rained one afternoon there was nowhere to sit other than the restaurant. Loads of outdoor seating. I highly recommend Heritage Grand Perast."

"From arrival the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with parking our car and bags, the room was in the residential building which was incredibly spacious, pool area and the marina is such a beautiful setting, the breakfast had lots of choice and changed each day slightly. "Stay away. The hotel’s public areas, beach and pools are nice, but the rooms and service are nowhere near 5-star standard. In many places this would be a 3-star, or a weak 4-star at best; helped only by location and beach facilities. For the price, especially compared with other much nicer properties we stayed at in Montenegro, it was very poor in quality. Upon arrival, security in the garage were very blunt demanding parking payment; though it's listed as €15/day, we paid €20/day. To reach...

"The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. The good points are that there is a pool and you can do ypur laundry inside your room. The only bad point is that you need to take a taxi to go in town, there is no Uber or bus available in Kotor to go there."

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"The Avala location was perfect! Beach, stunning pool and right next to old city. The hotel facilities were great and rooms had amazing views of the sea and old city. The Staff were exceptional! The Conceirge took care of car service, restaurant reservations and wonderful beach recommendations, he was terrific and made the stay perfect. The beach waiter service and spa staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the Avala and would definitely stay here again!"
