"Very old. No AC so we had to open the windows and use the fan that came in the room. Super humid but great location. Good for a couple days. Nothing fancy but cute."

"Honestly one of the best two-night stays I have had in a while. My fiancée and I wanted something with a more authentic and private feeling than a hotel room and the cottages here provided that and more. Berta our housekeeper helped my fiancée set up a surprise for me & our cottage was impeccably clean and organized. "Room was spacious and modern. It was fairly clean though after 5min walking without my shoes my white socks turned grey... Parking was free and plenty. Staff was pleasant. Location was convenient with close proximity to route 1 and a Safeway. Since my goal was easy access to Carmel to spend the afternoon & evening, and nearby grocery stores to get stuff to prepare a picnic for next day, it worked well for a decent price."

"The room was clean, parking was easy, and the bed was comfortable. However, I’m giving a poor rating because of two major issues: the smell and the noise level. There was a persistent sewer odor in the room throughout the day and night, which was terrible. Additionally, if someone in the neighboring room watches TV, you can hear it clearly."

"We stayed here for one night and the staff that checked us in was very helpful. She suggested we take a room on an upper floor when she knew it was just my child and I. I felt safe staying there but the motorcycles in and around were so obnoxiously loud. They were riding around with what felt like all hours of the night and I believe someone staying on the property had one too and right outside of our door. I know this is not the property's fault but I don't know if I would stay there again...

"Really surprised how nice and good location this was. Room was modern Parking easy I wanted a cup of tea being English but that didn't seem so easy but the hot chocolate in reception made up for it. Easy check in and out. There was a fridge and microwave The only downfall was the 6.38 bin men."
