"The location is perfect, the suite was spacious, clean and comfortable (I believe ours was the “Luxury Jr Suite” with 2 doubles) and the staff was kind and always available. The Elevator closest to our room was broken at the time, the stairs were manageable even for us on the 4th floor and we were able to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor on the working elevator but that is something to keep in mind. The breakfast was good- eggs, bacon, french toast, cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. The hot tub is on the small side but we were able to get in on a night when most people were probably checking out, it was perfect for the 3 of us and very relaxing after a long day of exploring. There is a free trolly that stops within a short walking distance of the hotel, and the walk to Fishermans Wharf (and all of the shops and stops in between) was not bad at all. Overall we genuinely enjoyed our stay."
