"This hotel was filthy. Our room didn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. There was no shampoo and someone left their conditioner bottle in the shower. There was water damage under the fridge and possibly mold. The elevators were dirty every time we used it. The staff was pleasant, but the place is old and needs a lot of maintenance, which doesn’t seem to be happening."

"Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, clean towels etc. Ice machine could be cleaned up and that area. Otherwise it's 33 minutes from Philly so it was quiet."

"NOT RECOMMENDED. This was not what I thought of as an IHG hotel. Cleanliness was poor - even a large dry rotten peach/fruit pit was lying under desk. There were only 3 towels. The tv would not allow additional apps except Netflix and prime. The couch was supposed to function as both bed and couch. "We stayed during the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel was booked … and the pool and outdoor patio area was crowded, understandably but we intermingled with other families at the grilling stations. Enjoyed sharing, laughs drinks, and making new friends. Our suite was clean the breakfast was good and overall a very nice day for a very busy holiday weekend."

"It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure."
