"Amenities, food and staff are amazing"

"Well located hotel located near several onsens and close to the main street. Not too far from the moving sidewalk to the lifts (although there is an unavoidable very steep hill). We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and of a decent size. Main downssides were the significant premium we paid over other hotels, which we in retrospect have trouble believing was justified, and the very poor western breakfast options. Breakfast was comprised of mostly Japanese options...

"Very friendly and accommodating hosts. They prepared us an amazing 4 course meal for dinner and a beautiful breakfast. We played games after dinner and they helped with suggestions about what to do in the area. "

"外装、内装も写真よりも実物が綺麗でした。 和風の旅館ですが、地下から２階屋外までwifiは問題なく繋がり、Zoomなどのビデオ通話約90分も支障ありませんでした。 ご飯は量がやや多いですが、朝食、夕食共に小学生の子供達も大満足です。ご飯や味噌汁、卵といった基礎的な部分が美味しく、外出して食べるよりもこちらで頂く方が良いのではないかと思います。 自信を持ってオススメします。"

"Good location , great hotel . Family friendly , good morning breakfast . Food in the taproom is great also when you can’t be bothered going out ( or if everything is booked ). Would recommend and will stay again "
