"Went to Albuquerque for a concert. Have stayed at Hyatt Place many times. The cleanliness of everything from the elevators to the bathroom in the room could have been better. The service was very good. Breakfast was meh. Overall dated could use some tlc, but the workers make up for it."

"My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites the first two nights of our vacation in New Mexico. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well but the fan ran continuously which some guests might find annoying. I found the bed to be comfortable but my wife thought it was on the hard side. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub which were well maintained. The complementary breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold selections. ...

"Our overall stay was great! Only thing that was a bummer is my moms room, her AC wasn’t working so she was really hot sleeping throughout the night. We let the front desk know about it. The staff were really friendly upon our arrival and on our departure. It was very nice and clean. Thank you!!"
