"Hotel was nice. Rooms were spacious. Close to both I-25 and I-40. The only negative is that there seems to be a lot of homeless and vagrants in the area so the 24 hour security was appreciated "

"I had a very bad experience staying there the police were looking for somebody they banged on my door scared us really bad. They went in and checked the room and my husband was in there asleep. It was just a very bad experience and I was I’ve been really scared ever since."

"I am a 79-year old woman with arthritis and must use a walker to get around. Hence I need a property that is not only ADA compliant, but ADA friendly. The Inn of the Governors fulfilled all my needs and did it well. Plus its location close to the Plaza makes it easy for everyone who travels with me, to enjoy themselves as well."

"No fan in bathroom, no jets in hot tub, no towels by pool. Broken things around property that need to be repaired and little light in rooms. I’d pay a little more and stay somewhere else."

"The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. The staff was attentive and as hepful as they could be but had to rent for an extra night and would have been nice to receive a discount due to freeze warning and no heat. Parking was...

"Breakfast was good (fresher than hotel chain breakfast buffets). This location was perfect - quick walk into old town or rail yard restaurants. Plentiful parking for guests. Bed was so comfortable and room was great. Only complaint is shower - no shelf to set own supplies on. The shampoo seemed like the body wash. It was awful and I was glad to have my own shampoo and conditioner. But that’s my only complaint!"

"My room was essentially a mini apartment so it was nice. The living room/kitchenette area was closed off from the bathroom and even the bathroom was closed off from the bedroom though you had to finagle with the doors since they were really close to each other. I wasn't in my room for a good majority of my stay since I used to live in town and was visiting friends and such but when I was it was nice. My only issues really were there are absolutely no vending machines of any kind so if you want a...
