"Great stay "

"This was a great option for the airport and had easy transfer and parking. The room was very dated and there were patches of water damaged wood in the bathroom, there was also some paperwork from the previous occupier that had not been cleaned and were still on the desk. also stains on the bed spread. I liked the convenience of being able to park outside the room and leave the car there for the duration of our time overseas. It was a functional room for the little time that we stayed there....

"Outside our room, the porch had lots of cobweb and a build up of leaves. Day 4 the leaves were vacuumed, by cobwebs remained. I wanted to pay with my card at the desk so not to incur the surcharge. The person responsible for billing was unavailable, and told she usually sorts this out. Paid for the surcharge as my card was billed. "

"Booked an accessible groundfloor room, was presented with key to room up long steep flight of stairs. No refund offered, half hearted apology. Went away and stayed elsewhere. Very disappointed and out-of-pocket"

"When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service."
