"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"We were slightly disappointed with our stay here. Although we booked a nonsmoking room, there were several times when we could strongly smell smoke, which made things uncomfortable for us. The room also did not appear to be fully cleaned as several snacks and fridge items had not been restocked, there were fingerprints on the windows, and there was an unusual pink liquid running down the shower wall.
