"Loved the hotel and the stay was fabulous. Hated that there was no human to check you in. Took forever to get our room because of the kiosks and emails and same with valet. Would have preferred some human interaction instead of machines and kiosks. Gorgeous hotel just shame it was cluttered with kiosks instead of humans."

"Please verify if the rooms have elevator access. Our room was beautiful but was on 3rd floor and we carried our carryon all the way to 3rd floor. They have bell boy service but upon arrival or leaving we carried our own luggage from 3rd floor. The food is not great inside sheraton, try outside places."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The room was clean and well presented. Lighting in the room was dull and never felt bright. Shower never got up to even warm. Ac in the room was either to cold or not cold enough and made knocking noises that kept me awake. The toilet also made a running tap noise and random times. Not a single smile from the checking staff."
