"I loved the room we were in, super comfy and great to have a mini kitchen and seating area. It was quiet at night but situated perfectly for our trip. The staff were great, and really helpful in sorting us out for a vegan friendly breakfast."

"Location and cost superb. Friendly staff. I figured the amenities would be bare, but not quite as bare as they were. No sizable flat area to set items such as an iPad or laptop. There was a folding chair to sit on. On Sunday at 4:15 am the fire alarm sounded for seventeen minutes--apparently a malfunction. That was a bummer. Overall, a solid, affordable experience that could be made better."

"The WORST service I have ever had. Despite the fact that the website I booked on said there was parking nearby refused to help me find it or give help. Said it was a "liability issue" and told me to "just read the signs". Despite not being able to give the basic advice, were totally condescending about it. I've never met such unhelpful and unfriendly service in my many, many hotel experiences. The beds were terrible, the walls paper thin. Stay somewhere else."

"A slightly bumpy start as no towels in the room and the safe was locked. All sorted out very quickly after we arrived though. Staff could not have been more helpful when we reported the problem. You feel well looked after. Lovely room, well appointed, with a great view east towards the port, and well located for situated for getting about, just five minutes walk from City Hall and shopping areas and 20 minutes walk from Ormeau Park (where I was off to see the Cure the first night we were there)...

"Check-in staff didn’t appear to know what they were doing. Also, the parking instructions that are given are completely wrong. Their instructions talk about downloading an app, paying when you leave with their discount rate etc. meanwhile the lot that they’re talking about (Dublin road car park) is completely paperless, pay-on-arrival as listed on all their boards (pic included for reference). When I asked the check-in staff about it, she just kept telling me I did it wrong and I shouldn’t...

Bar was lovely Breakfast great..although pancakes not enjoyable..bought in???? I.will definitely return and have already recommended to people Beautiful quiet street..so pretty "
