"In my room, the large burner on the stove top did not work really limited my ability to cook. The ice machine did not work. All the plugs on the kitchen wall did not work. The tub area on the outside had mold on it. They do not advertise that they’re gonna charge for your pet to stay in the hotel so they hit me with a charge of $100 for my cat to stay for seven days. And the added bonus if you went out past 9 o’clock at night or all the prostitutes milling about the hotel, looking for customers...

"Parking is safe and easy they do require. If you have more than vehicle they ask your license plate numbers and require ids for all adults in room who have vehicle that will be parked there."

"Breakfast was delicious, pillows go flat after a couple hours, staff was friendly and polite, only one elevator worked, and it may have been time for another peat control visit. "

"Our rooms were great. The only concern I had was the body wash container was nearly empty in both rooms but there was a bar of soap so it wasn’t an issue. The hotel was under renovation but all the areas were open. Breakfast was good and staff were very accommodating and kind. "

"The staff at Home 2Suites in Jacksonville NC were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Location was near all stores and restaurants. We were visiting family here for Easter and we will definitely stay here again! Would definitely recommend it!"
