"We felt gouged having to spend $300 to stay in a very run down section of this hotel. The walls were paper thin. Very low budget "renovation" of the room which was especially evident in the bathroom. Poor lighting and no accessible outlets for electronics. So nothing horrible but at $300 all of these items should have been addressed."

The front decks actually go out over the water so it feels like you're on a cruise ship. It was so peaceful and quiet because the rooms are at the farthest end of the resort. The beds were very comfortable as well. The food was amazing. We enjoyed all the dinners. We especially liked the braised beef and the carrot fennel soup . The chef was so kind and came out to talk to us...

"General complaint was with regards to the Touchstone Grill. It was understaffed on both the day we tried to make an advance reservation for dinner, (had to leave 2 messages and then had to contact front desk as no one ever got back to us, who finally passed us onto the line to leave a third message)…..and most importantly very understaffed on the night of our dinner. The server was very personable but service for our meal took forever 1.5 hours before entre served because of staff shortage ……The...
