Cari Hotel di Ontario

"The hotel is nice. My issue was the bed was horrible. It had indentation. It was worn out. housekeeping left my door open. They didn't throw the trash out 2 days in a row. We had to call the front desk to have them take it out. They didn't clean the bathroom"

"Had a very bad check in experience. Check in time is at 4 pm but the guy at the front desk tells us room is not ready yet. Also shows me attitude and then when escalated to the manager, she was unhelpful as well. Then they downgraded me from a 4th floor room to a 2nd floor room. Very bad service and front desk employees don’t understand the concept of hospitality and customer satisfaction."

"A decent stay. Not the best but comfortable."

"Shower had 2 heads. One on the wall. One on the ceiling. The one on the wall had 0 water pressure. Barely came out 2-3 inches from the shower head"

"Celebrated my sons 3rd birthday and it went very well. He really enjoyed himself. The only complaint I have is inside the water park where the attendant at the front door won’t allow glass baby bottles inside. I find this unacceptable and quite ridiculous. I completely understand the liability of glass around a pool but we did not have our room as of yet and my daughter is 4 months old. I tried to provide alternatives like keeping the bottle in a rented locker with our things and having us feed...

"Garbage!"
