"No AC and on Expedia when I booked it didn't say that. When we got there and found out the front desk said it would cost another $150 to get ac cabin. Went to eat picnic dinner at lodge overlooking the view bc that was the only place with a view and were told the seats were only for the restaurant patrons so overall no views, no AC, pricey and not worth it."

"My husband and I loved the unique Hotel Laurance. It is so beautiful and well done. Our room had a lovely kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. The building is old, but completely renovated and has no elevator. We did have to walk up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor and then a few steps in front of the door to our room. "The place is super clean and the manager is so friendly! I only put a 4 for the amenities because the vent in our bathroom really doesn’t dry the moisture unless we leave the door open. We would definitely stay here again."
