"Beautiful place"

"We stayed at the Saddleview Inn recently and had to share our wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed in the "Roping" Room and we appreciated that everything was so clean and the design was aesthetically pleasing. Normally, staying at a BnB is challenging because I am gluten and dairy free, but it was not a problem from manager Joe who made us two unique and delicious breakfasts that showed creativity and special care. "There were many aspects of my stay that I truly enjoyed. The beach view was wonderful, and I really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. Additionally, the continental breakfast was a great feature, and your staff members were very friendly and welcoming. However, I did feel that the rooms could be better cleaned and updated. I hope you find this feedback constructive as you continue to make improvements for future guests."

"Nice spacious rooms- outdated clean but old"

"The rooms are by far the smallest I've stayed in since a micro-boutique hotel in DC. The place tries hard but is hardly worth the premium rate that they charge by at least $100. Parking and property access is a mess. They sent us to Settler's Inn in Hawley for breakfast. Nice place - staying there next time."

"Loved the charm and peaceful, family oriented cabin and property. People with families as well as couples. Sitting on thier porches, grilling food, kids playing, but never disturbing. We only stayed one evening and had to continue on to Boston, but I wish we could have stayed at a place like this instead of a hotel around Boston that was twice the price."

"We reserved a room for 3 people, but upon arrival they told us they did not have a room for 3 and very gracefully solved the problem by accommodating us in a property next door, while still offering us the breakfast we paid off. It was a bit disappointing to stay in the property next door, since it was not as nice as what we reserved but we thanked they resolved the issue and we did not have to find last minute accommodations somewhere else."

"This motel was perfect for my needs after a long day of driving. Free parking directly in front of my room after a friendly and helpful check-in. Other than the free parking, there are not any other free amenities and that was fine. The room was fine and very clean especially the bathroom. The location was close to town. This was a great value for me."

"I can honestly say, this place is a great spot for a small get away. The manger was so kind and the staff made me feel very welcomed. The restaurant and bar was great too. You can tell the bartender knew her stuff, as far as location it’s a bit out of the way but I liked that. So weather your looking for a good place to get tacos and drinks or a place to stay for the night this place has all three at a good price."
