"There were no smoking signs everywhere but our room smelled so bad of cigarettes we left as early as we could the next morning. The pool was amazing!"

"Great location only 1 block off the streetcar which is free and air conditioned. The Stilwell restaurant served great breakfasts for a fee. Or there was a red wheat bakery that served excellent breakfasts for sandwiches to take on the go. Would recommend this hotel"

"The air conditioning was broken during an extreme heat wave. It had been broken. They did not tell guests when they checked in it was broken misrepresenting what was advertised for amenities for the hotel. They took the $520/night and waited for guests to “discover” this very unpleasant surprise. Shockingly unprofessional and amongst the worst staff and hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

"Loved the facilty...clean, roomy, plenty of amenities and affordable. My only complaint is I was told to call for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, which took 15 minutes and several calls before I was finally able to get through to anyone."
