Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Polk

"It was ridiculous to charge $3 for a bottle of generic water in the room, unless you're a special member. Water that probably cost then 10 cents, or less per bottle. Most hotels give 2 complimentary bottles for guests."

"Our room was on the lower level and a few doors from the indoor pool so we felt the room was musty and not cleaned well as we found broken balloon pieces on top of the tv console and behind the tv. There was no phone in the room, in case of contacting front desk. The hotel should update their decor. Staff was pleasant for the short time we stayed."

"We loved the place. Clean room and really nice breakfast."

"Clean room and facility, comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly check in."

"Excelente estancia"

"This is a wonderful property. I love staying there. It is both eclectic and comfortable. And I highly recommend it."

"We love the rooms with the 2 rooms! We love the breakfast because a chef makes made to order omelets!! We love this beautiful hotel! It’s where we stay in Des Moines!"

"This was one of the better hotels I have stayed lately. The location is safe and quiet, the room is very nice, and the staff was great. The maid even followed me to my car to return a piece of clothing I left in the room. I highly recommend!"

"Clean, well stocked, plenty of parking, and good breakfast included."

"Enjoyed the hot breakfast in the mornings. We like staying there because of the convenience of the breakfast, the location & the accommodations. Very nice hotel."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly and helped with information, plenty of space for parking"

"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did, however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"Stayed overnight for a concert on the 9th. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The lady taking care of it took pride in her job. She's an asset to your company. We would stay here again."

"The good things: good price, hot water & good pressure in shower. Microwave & fridge, TV in room. Not as good; back door is always open, A/C was not quiet, street noise, only toiletries in room was 2 bars of soap, not even 1 cup for brushing teeth or making tea or coffee you had to wait for AM & they did have free coffee & cups."
