"Positives were that the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was ok and the staff did their best to help. However, for a multi floor hotel, it’s dreadful that there isn’t an elevator. We had to cary two very heavy cases up six flights of stairs. The hotel is in the centre of Lisbon but the main entrance is in a back street, when we arrived there was a beggar in the entrance area trying to get money off us. "The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "
