"The best part of the experience was the interaction with the clerks in the front desk, specifically Victoria who was always very helpful in telling us what was going on in the city and always had a smile on her face and then Ariana. Victoria was always working in the evening; Ariana in the morning, who also told me, through a very fluid conversation, the many amenities available to us in Lisbon."

"We had trouble at check- in. The family room we had reservations for that we booked 6 months prior to our arrival was not available. We had to argue to get what we paid for. The property in the end gave us two rooms for my family of four, but I would have liked to our single family room so we were all together. The facilities and rooms are the best we have stayed in and the facilities including the infinity pool are exceptional. I have also never seen a breakfast like it! The best decision we made."

"A very modern hotel with an interesting and different decor. My only negative comment is that the restaurant was not open on two nights due to being booked out, and no other food available or snacks. If staying in a hotel I would like to be able to get food, especially with kids."

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the beach. The apartment was clean, had a lot of amenities, and was very comfortable. The location was fabulous! It was a short walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the old city. We loved it and would definitely go back."
