"This property is absolutely picturesque and in an amazing location!! The staff members were all very kind and helpful, and the whole resort has been maintained very well. However, there are some improvements needed with the restaurant quality and availability of food options. We never received a complete list of food options available and the hours for each restaurant.. most importantly room service which we definitely would have used the night we arrived from a long travel day. "This hotel was equipped with everything you need including a 24 hour gym, tennis court, basketball court, a pool, 2 hot tubs, a restaurant on site with a bar. The room was spacious and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say I didn’t like is the hotel is at least 45 minute drive away from everything but that’s just a preference to be a bit closer."

"Ana at the front desk was terrible. Her attitude was unprofessional, she didn’t make me feel welcomed because I didn’t speak Spanish. Also, I paid extra for an ocean view room and I got a rainforest view room. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. The roots breakfast buffet was DISGUSTING and $35 per person. The drinks were not cold, the food was not hot, the AC wasn’t working, it was just a nightmare."

"A perfect vacation getaway! All of the staff were so nice and helpful! We will definitely come back. FYI the waves at the beach are pretty big with a strong undertow which we were not expecting so you may have to consider going to a beach with calmer waters if you have young kids- it’s an easy, quick uber ride to one of those beaches."

"This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water!
