"Most of the front desk staff were not welcoming. The room had a leaky faucet that dripped making a loud noise that kept us up at night, phone did not work, one side of the room didn’t have power and the toilet had little to no pressure. We were never offered another room when we presented these issues to the front desk. The blankets were paper thin and whenever we requested an additional one they took it back when housekeeping. "The resort is beautiful and the food in the restaurants is top notch. It’s a large expansive property but the staff is always willing to pick you up in golf carts to get you around property."

"I loved staying at this hotel paying extra for the best beach view from one of the highest floors. Staff was very welcoming and took care of me and my partner right away. They had plenty of pools including a kiddie pool, adults bar and a hot tub. CONS: No free breakfast or meals it is considered extra. The room was pretty clean except for their towels.... check the TOWELS! it was dirty and had a pubic hair from previous guest. Which means they don't change fresh towels. CONS: PAID EXTRA MONEY...

"During my stay, I encountered several issues. The beds had no proper blankets—only small covers that couldn’t be used for warmth. The couches were so dirty that it was unpleasant to sit on them. The corridors hadn’t seen renovations in a long time, creating a neglected atmosphere. Lastly, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, which added to the discomfort. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience."

"Thanks to the Residence Inn front desk staff for a wonderful service. I got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast had a variety of options both hot and cold food. Would highly recommend the hotel! Great location, short walk to beach. Hotel provides beach chairs and umbrella. Pool was clean and refreshing. "

"Only issue is that there was major construction happening in front of the hotel, blocking the entrance for cars and creating loud noises during the day. I would likely have chosen another hotel knowing this information beforehand."

"I would like to get a refund on my hotel stay. I was placed in room 517 and was unable to sleep the entire night. Something kept biting me. There were bedbugs in this hotel. I called the front desk and was told to email the manager. I was also charged $240.00 in resort fees and Iwant my money back."

"The trip from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. Check in was quick, and we had a poolside room. Walking right out to the pool was exactly what we wanted and the kiddos loved. The swim up bar added to the pool enjoyment. The food at the restaurant was prepared very quickly each time we ordered whether for sit down or to-go. We loved our 2nd stay there just as much and cannot wait to be back! "

"Love my stay at Aire De Olive. A chic oasis just a few footsteps from the beach. The room was a dream as well, we had an ocean view. The shower was the star of the show, the steam and water pressure felt like you were at the spa. Housekeeping came everyday to clean and the staff were readily available to support with any of our needs. Make sure to grab a drink at AWWA and lay out on the cabanas at the pool on the 2nd floor. "Can’t spend much time in the hotel, but was always cleaned. Pretty decent location right in the main strip pool and lounge area was nice. Small gym area didn’t get to try it out but look functional."

"Property was clean, but came across with limited parking, front desk staff multitasking and warnings of charges if no dishes not clean. However, it is located across Boqueron pueblo which is a plus and worth it"
