Dislikes: staff was friendly only we arrived, we forgot tooth brushes receptionist didn’t know if they had them and told us to come downs stairs to get it but no one was at the reception, I was just there waiting for someone to appear from their office. Also on checkout day they were short and curt, I asked for an hour later checkout - on a Sunday and not busy at all, receptionist...

"Charged for coffee…they shouldn’t since it’s not even good tasted “burnt”. The hot tub area was nice (no jets tho!) with a clear glass ceiling minus the dead dragonfly that was probably there for months. It was a nice morning spot to have coffee. Rooms eh. Only give 2 towels. No room service. Nothing great or bad but worth the cheaper price if you’re on a budget. Plus is they have a tiny fridge if needed and bed was comfy. "

"Bought two rooms for me & my friends- when I called they said unfortunately they have no connecting rooms but we were placed side by side. 1st my friends got a noise complaint for music……. It was 10:30pm on a Friday night during St. Patrick’s day weekend….. I thought that was absurd. It’s a weekend if I were other guests I think it’s silly to really expect quiet especially during a holiday. If it was after midnight or 2am. Then ok but it wasn’t. website/ QR code pamphlet stated the resturaunt...

"Looks like this hotel is fairly new to the downtown area in Providence It was very clean the staff are very nice beautiful decor there's a taco restaurant on the side of the hotel and they have a beautiful rooftop lounge where you order a small bites. The only drawback is that they don't offer hot breakfast only sandwiches and then you have to order them through an online kiosk and then give it to the front desk and they bring it down for you. So a lot of inconvenience steps to get breakfast but...

"A very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were in the Victorian Room, which is on the first floor right next to the main reception area and opposite the breakfast room. It was therefore very noisy and we could not sleep, especially after 7am. Thankfully we were relocated to a quieter room after two nights there. Avoid the Victorian Room if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. "
