"EVERYTHING that was advertised and what it looked like was far from reality. This place looked like an abandoned jail cell. The smell was atrocious. The room was dirty. I don’t care about how much I paid because I paid for expectation. $700 for a “king size living room” hotel space and ocean view?! I DID NOT EVEN GET THE OCEAN CIEW!!!! "For the price that you pay for your stay, the rooms are dated. Our tub didn’t drain, so for a family of four showering, the last family member was standing in a tub full of dirty water. Water pressure was poor. Tub was filthy. Our room faced the boardwalk and you could hear the bars playing music until 1am. Toilet clogged frequently, when the service custodian came to take a look they seemed very irritated and inconvenienced by the task. All in all I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t visit again....

"What a gem. An amazing piece of property well kept, updated and clean. Perfect getaway at a very reasonable price 🎯 I prefer a hotter Jacuzzi but I'm sure there are regulations to follow. Most all jacuzzis I've experienced at hotels aren't hot enough for me 😁 Highly recommended, A++"

"Beautiful property, convenient location, and walkable from the ferry terminal. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Bonus was the organic farm across the street with all of the animals =) The property also owns a local farm-to-table restaurant that has excellent service and food. My husband and I can't wait to return with our family."

"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"
