"The hotel itself was great and the proximity to things was good. Our room was amazing with a good view annd the two king beds were anwesome. Unfortunately it was very loud. We were near the elevator and a loud group came back and woke us up around 2 am. That lasted about 30 minutes and then at 7:30 am, the cleaning staff were stationed outside of our door and talked loudly until we left at 9 am. I would recommend the hotel but I would request a different location."

Will summarise my 2-night stay: - Hour long delay with check-in, didn't contact me when room was ready even though they said the would. - Neighbours below me shagging their brains out throughout the night. Could hear EVERYTHING in explicit detail through the AC vent. Room definitely not sound proof - be warned! - Previous tenant of my room had set an alarm on the clock for 6.41am.... not ideal for a Sunday morning "sleep-in". - Customary for bed...

"We booked for a weekend in June well in advance but they told us because we had booked through a third party site we didn’t get the room we expected but was assigned a very small ada accessible room. No closets and we had to request a mini fridge for the room. Our view was a brick wall. Given it was over $750 a night it was a very disappointing experience."

"Perfect location, very quiet with beautiful grands and wonderful view. Our room exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was absolutely amazing, so many choices, something for everyone. We very much enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to all the staff for their attention to our needs and kindness."

"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This is a three star hotel that should be a best, a two star. On the surface it seems to have all the bells and whistles, however the general feel is that is is old and tired, and needs a really good scrub. Carpets that have seen better days, dust on air vents. The breakfast amenity is overpriced (pay per item( pre packaged gas station type food like breakfast sandwiches, juices and yogurt, seems not very popular with guests. Pros, the area we had our room was very quiet."

"Very expensive for an outdated, no amenities and very limited breakfast bar with expired milk. Very good location and friendly staff. Room was not very clean. Had a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The elastic in the sheets was worn from being old and wouldn’t stay on the king-size bed. Not sure I would go back to this hotel."

"This was the cutest hotel! Convenient to everything. The room was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were great. When I called the day of my reservation for early check-in they were able to let me. The code entry was easy too! I would recommend this property!"

"Cleanliness was impressive. My routine when staying somewhere is to completely undo a bed and check it from the mattress up. I’ve never seen such a clean bed. My daughter commented how the bathroom was beautiful and the towels smelt amazing. Hotel is top notch maintained. I’ve never felt so accommodated, not to mention the hotel is a stones throw away from everything. Pool was ready for my toddlers to take on and even has an aquarium with touch tanks in its front yard. Couldn’t highly recommend...
