Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. "I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. "

"No life guards on the beach ever. Beach food shack ran out of buns at 1pm and closed for the day. Cafe/icecreambar was empty every day. Restaurants are not actually available 7 days a week. Antigua governor and staff showed up and shut down the main buffet to “tourists” forcing them to sit outside in a back corner with pans on hot plates&only like 7options. Power went out in our room multiple times every night. Pool has tiles melting away causing hazard. No handle on outside balcony. Sports bar...

"Over 10 days I had three rooms every single room had an issue with it. Staff are excellent they have to be as the property is rundown and tired. The beach and pool area is beautiful. The buffet food is abundant not good but abundant acs barely work and the Wi-Fi is intermittent at best."

"5 star potential but not there just yet! The resort is beautiful and with some attention to detail could be even better. The room we were assigned was gorgeous but no cleaning service unless we called to request. There was a coffee shop on site but hours of operation TBD. Once we inquired they made sure that Davina was there each day with a smile making great coffee. Our initial butler never checked on us past the first day but once we were assigned Craig he was awesome and went above and beyond...

"We had one of the best holidays ever. Cocos is an exceptional place. Rustic feel, relaxed, slow pace. Food, drinks are very good. All meals are a la carte. Never felt bored.
