"The room was clean but very outdated. Staff at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner i would rate it a 4/10 10 being the highest. Beach view was across the street the beach wasnt on the property exactly.."

"Everything was AMAZING!! A 5 star rating in my book. My ONLY complaint is, if checking starts at 3 p.m then please have the front desk fully staffed when visitors arrive. We’re tired and stressed out. Other than that, hardest working staff I’ve ever seen and they were VERY professional. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll spread the word 🇯🇲💕"

"We traveled as a family on 8, which included 2 8mth old babies. All 8 of us fell ill during our stay, 1 day after another....1 baby needing to go to the hospital. Staff was good in helping facilitate that. What was disappointing is we were given a bit of a hard time in trying to leave buffet with food to be taken back to the room for the person who was unable to leave their room and had to involve guest services to get "permission" to do this. As for the food, honestly, we were disappointed. ...

"1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened. When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy! Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!! 2. No towels in the room upon check-in....

"I stayed at Jiao Iberostar for a week to celebrate my sister's birthday during our first trip to Jamaica. The location itself is beautiful .The pools, beach, and variety of activities on the resort kept us entertained throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the staff, especially some of the female staff members. We experienced rude behavior and felt racially profiled during our stay. It was very noticeable that white guests were treated with more respect, received quicker...

"i can tell you that the location is great! The guy who is the cab driver for the hotel he is great too and I found him reliable and trustworthy when we booked him to go to a few places. The hotel itself is not for me at all. I read the reviews before booking and others seem to like here but it is not for me and I would never return. I'm just not used to staying in motels. If I'm honest their website pics of the place look so nice and new but it didn't meet reality but maybe its just the room...

"I loved every part of this uniquely styled bed & breakfast stay. This was in a very secluded and safe neighborhood, the people in the area all seemed like they were middle to upper class citizens, and that I loved about the area. The food that was prepared for us was so delightful and healthy that I literally had seconds. Also the communication between the host and myself was quick and responsive. I loved everything about this villa."
