"Clean room, staff were helpful and it was an okay breakfast. Too bad it was always the same food at breakfast, no variety."

"staff at reception was not very responsive and they also forgot pur passports in the copying machine"

"Muy bien ubicado, a 2 minutos de la plaza de armas, sin embargo esta en la calle fiestera, si no les molesta el ruido de la música es el hotel ideal. Nos quedamos en la habitación superior doble en el 4to piso y tenia unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad. Muy recomendable."

"The most welcoming beautiful stay! The staff were outstanding in each department. The food was excellent. The property is beautiful."

"Excelente servicio y muy cerca de la plaza principal"

"We stayed for two nights and just slept at the hotel. The staff gave attention to the fact that my wife was celebrating her birthday."

"This hotel is just 1 minute walk from the main square. It's a beautuful old building and decorated very nicely. The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was nice. I couldn't fault this hotel although there was a lot of outside noise throughout the night but that wouldn't put me off of staying there again. I enjoyed my stay there"

"Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Nice staff. A little bit of a walk to get to from Main square. Up stairs. Rooms are cute"

We also liked the complimentary breakfast and our server was very helpful and our extra orders for food was cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned regularly. The issues we had were that we never received the iron we requested. All other hotels immediately provided an iron...

"One of the best experiences we've had while travelling. The staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming, the amenities exactly what we were hoping for and the location perfect for exploring Cusco."

"Excellent location and manages to remain quiet . Room was clean and they provided me with a heater as it got cold at night"
