Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean."

"Service was great and was able to check in earlier. The front desk personnel didn’t charge us early check in fee. They also delivered more drinks and tea bags when we called. The only suggestion is we have to call several times till someone answers. The front desk always empty and now one there, you have to wait for someone to come.otherwise it’s decent hotel nearby haram. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle offered by the hotel or 10-20 real by taxi"

"Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Better than most hotel in the area
"We spent 3 days at Fairmont Mekkah with a great and extensive choice of morning buffet, clean and large room, and amazing service... Hence, Sofitel Madinah pales in comparison. Confusing layout of the buffet, the range of choice is ok but could be better... the room is rather small, the bathroom is not furnished with the usual 5 stars marble as I had imagined, in the evening we could still hear some construction activity. That one memorable time, is the guy who cleans the room. He was very-very friendly. "
