The grounds are kept impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the all of the restaurants we visited were great. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very helpful thoughout our stay. Guadalupe did a wonderful job in our room. Franscisco, Milcia, Omar and Alan were some of the servers who made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning."

"We booked the Privilege Junior suite Pool View and we had an amazing experience. It is definitely worth it to upgrade to the Privilege section as we had our own Butler (Thank you Alan) and their amazing hospitality. They would contact us through WhatsApp, reply to any of our questions and requests in a timely manner. Pool service, and room service and much more. We are glad to stay at this resort. It was our 3rd time at the hotel. It is always a great experience. Food is exquisite as well. Everything is cooked to perfection- steak, salmon, chicken. "
