"It was overall a nice experience. I’m back this second week at another hotel resort .. sad to say coral beach was the better choice . Just a higher deposit they have . But the hotel is very secure , requiring key to access all amenities . I have kids , it’s a good feeling to know someone can’t walk in off the street and hangout . Room was spacious and clean. They don’t clean your room if you don’t stay longer than 3 days though .. with a kitchen I feel they should offer to clean it at least...

"Its a nice resort my only complaint was the morning after checkin a guy was right outside our room using a drill in the wall which woke us up at 7am and we had a service dog with us who was spooked by the sound but then outside our balcony door by the pool at 8am was two maintenance guys using leaf blowers and weed eaters so we could not get any sleep due to all the noise i did bring this to the attention of front desk and they did offer us 2 free nights on them which was more then fair to me we...

"Room was not well maintained and there was a lot of mold. Front desk did move me to another room. It was slightly better maintained and there was less mold, but still not what I expected. Photos did not represent what most rooms seems to look like."

"Be careful which part of the property you stay in. I can’t speak to the other parts but construction on the slide/pool was on one side of my room and I was close to the working pool on the other side. The room does not keep sound out whatsoever. The room had someone else’s little black hair all over the bathroom and dirt/dust was over a lot of surfaces. Beds are horrible to sleep on longer than 1 night. "Parking was great, location is awesome. And it is very clean. Very happy with my stay there. The coffee machine lacked some sort of filter so we couldn't use if, it was our last morning there so I didn't even ask staff maybe they would fix it (no phone in room to call them). But fir the price those are pretty acceptable things."
